About Us
Experienced
Joshua has nearly a decade of experience working for HCAI/OSHPD serving the Greater Los Angeles area of California. Over a decade of inspection experience ranging from residential construction to public buildings, we've seen more than our share of specifications, plans, and construction. With extensive knowledge of what it takes to complete a healthcare project, and specializing in Accessibility/ADA for all projects, we look forward to helping you succeed in your next construction project. Joshua currently holds his DSA Certified Access Specialist (CASp) and OSHPD/HCAI Certified Hospital Inspector certifications. He has held certifications from a variety of organizations such as the International Code Council (ICC) and IAPMO previously.
